Welcome to the ACA Lion Dance page!!!

We are a relatively new team formed through the Association of Chinese Americans at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA ACA) during the 2001-2002 school year. Originally formed as an aspect for ACA's culture night (CACN), the continued growth of the team has allowed us to entertain and perform at many locales and celebrations in the Los Angeles area.

Every year we amaze ourselves with the dedication and growth of our team. Many thanks to Anwer, Justin, and our LD families in SF for all their hard work, dedication, and support of the growth of team. The year of the Rooster brought us many new faces and our baby girl, Pele.

We are very proud of the improvements our team has shown over the past years. It makes us very excited and anxious to see what is in store for the coming years. We hope that you can be a part of it.

Lion dance is always looking for fresh new faces to join our family. We are also always looking for fun new places and people to perform for. We have had experience performing at festivals, grand openings, and university events.
